Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to anyone using fourstagesofbrandauthority.co.uk, including taking the Diagnostic, unlocking a Brand Authority Report, subscribing to our newsletter, submitting an enquiry, or purchasing a product. The site is operated by Tariq Peters, trading as Four Stages of Brand Authority (part of Follow The Phases). By using it, you agree to these terms.
The Diagnostic and your report
The Diagnostic and the Brand Authority Report it generates are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They reflect a methodology developed by Tariq Peters and are not a substitute for personalised professional, legal, financial or business advice. We don't guarantee any specific business outcome or result from acting on your report.
Intellectual property
The Four Stages of Brand Authority methodology, the P.H.A.S.E.S.® Brand Authority System, all site content, and every product sold on this site (including the Playbook) are the intellectual property of Tariq Peters. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or claim them as your own without our written permission.
Purchases
Any paid product on this site is processed securely through Stripe. Digital products (such as the Playbook) are delivered electronically once payment is confirmed. Because digital products are delivered instantly, once you've accessed or downloaded a digital product, it can't be returned, and refunds are only offered where required by UK consumer law or at our discretion. If something's gone wrong with a purchase, email hello@tariqpeters.co.uk and we'll sort it out.
Workshops, speaking and coaching
Submitting an enquiry through the site doesn't create a booking or contract on its own — it starts a conversation. Terms for any specific engagement (fees, scheduling, cancellation) will be agreed separately in writing before any work begins.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site to submit false information, attempt to disrupt or exploit it technically, or use the Diagnostic/report content for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, the Diagnostic, your report, or any product purchased here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be excluded, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and its products evolve. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
